To bridge the gap between policy design and policy implementation. We advance evidence-based reform, regulatory innovation, and institutional strengthening through:
• Executive education for decision-makers
• Applied policy research
• Strategic advisory to governments and institutions
• Cross-border regulatory dialogue
• Gender-responsive governance frameworks
Our aim is to transform policy from abstract intent into operational reality.
To build a globally respected private institute that redefines how public policy is designed, implemented, and institutionalised with integrity, precision, and long-term impact.
Anuneeti operates on five institutional values:
Inclusive Governance
Integrity
Intellectual Rigor
Implementation Focus
Institutional Neutrality
Policy and Regulation of International Arbitration
This book offers a rigorous and timely inquiry into the evolution of arbitration law and policy in India, from the 1996 Act to the reform debates of 2025. It poses a central question: Has arbitration in India matured into a reliable alternative to court-based adjudication, or does it remain an aspirational ideal? Rather than offering advocacy, the work engages in grounded analysis recognizing both the momentum for reform and the structural limits of institutional change.
